Erin will offer Reiki-infused energy work throughout the session, providing personalized energetic support to enhance your experience.

• An open heart
• Yoga mat or something soft to lie on. If you do not have a mat, we have one for you in the studio. 
• Anything to make you comfy—blankets, pillows, eye mask, etc.
